Accounts Assistant 6 month FTC
Location: Central Harrow
A well-established company situated in central Harrow are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 6 month Contact that potentially may be extended.
Do you have all round account experience in both sales ledger and purchase ledger? Do you have experience in staff expenses?

Manage the cashbook entries of funds received & paid
Manage all staff expenses, ensuring they are approved & coded correctly
Manage all invoices received by adding to purchase ledger & getting the relevant approval to process invoice for payment & ensuring invoices are coded correctly
To manage all petty case, ensuring expense claim is approved & coded correctly
Processing Payment runs for invoices & expenses
To chase remits to allocate funds received
To raise sales ledger invoices as & when needed
To action all post daily & Daily bank reconciliation
Accruals and Prepayments
Dealing with our debtors & creditors reporting
Running month end reports
Keeping the Fixed Asset register up to date & monthly reporting to be completed
Processing recharges & internal transfers correctly
To deal with and resolve any queries both internally and externally and act accordingly to resolve efficiently and effectively.
