Accounts Clerk (Temp - Perm)

Location: Hayes

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 - Immediate start date

We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on behalf of our client in Hayes on a temp - perm basis. Do you have 1 year's account assistant experience working for a commercial business? Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting suppliers invoices/credit notes into the system
  • Resolving queries on purchase orders/supplier invoices
  • Making payments to suppliers
  • Inputting and allocating payments on supplier accounts
  • Setting up new Suppliers
  • Check payments list with the Invoices before payments are issued
  • Reconcile/file statements and request copies of missing invoices/CR notes
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Filing invoices/credit notes in order
