Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Hayes
Salary: £18,000- £20,000!

They are passionate about providing a premium service to their customers and are now looking for a reliable and analytically minded individual to join their team as an Accounts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
Inputting suppliers invoices/credit notes into the system
Resolving queries on purchase orders/supplier invoices
Making payments to suppliers
Inputting and allocating payments on supplier accounts
Setting up new Suppliers
Check payments list with the Invoices before payments are issued
Reconcile/file statements and request copies of missing invoices/CR notes
Updating spreadsheets
Filing invoices/credit notes in order
