Admin and Customer Support Coordinator

Location: Central Uxbridge

Salary: £20'000-£25'000 per annum plus free car parking, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare and much much more....

We are currently on the lookout for an all-round office super star to join a fantastic company based locally.

You will be supporting with many office functions and duties throughout the day! No two days will be the same within this role so you will have to enjoy being busy and good at prioritising your workload.

You will also need to be an excellent team player who has a great attitude towards work, loves being busy and thrives in a fun and buzzy office!

Do you have year's experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role? Do you have great system knowledge? Are you able to work to deadlines? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!

Duties include:

  • Booking travel for members of staff
  • Arranging any events for staff meetings/parties
  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Processing customer orders on the system
  • Updating the system with customer details
  • Providing quotes to customers
  • Technical support for systems that are used in house
  • Looking after social media and marketing platforms
  • General administrative support functions for sales members of staff
