  • Managing team diaries
  • Organising inhouse training
  • To answer inbound calls
  • Reprinting credit notes
  • Carrying out stock checks
  • Filing, photocopying and emailing
  • Monitoring the central inbox
  • Weekly alarm testing
  • Dealing with all adhoc administration duties for the department
