We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator on behalf of our client in Hayes. Do you have health and safety experience or worked in the admin team of a construction company?
Have you worked and office-based environment where you have to work to tight deadline? this experience is key for this role!
Have you coordinated training? Do you have great attention to detail? Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to multi task? If so this role could be perfect for you!!
Managing document control, ensuring all documents are logged and recorded
Ensuring all Health and Safety management is recorded and filed
Coordinating training and health management
Ensuring all portals are kept up to date
Dealing with all incoming queries within the team
