Administrative Assistant - TEMP

Location: Stoke Poges

Salary: £10 an hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement the day to day duties of review platforms such as Trustpilot and Realself for ongoing reviews. This involves answering top questions on Realself on a regular basis.
  • SEO FAQ's to be answered via the medical team and sent onto the SEO company for posting to the Advice Centre of the website
  • Weekly follow up emails for patients who have had a consultation for various treatments but not booked for treatment (NP'S)
  • DNA's and cancellations on all treatments (Attention to detail and accuracy is key)
  • Downloading of patient photographs to the database
  • Following up patient enquiries for online chat portal
  • Website updates on a daily weekly basis
  • Day to day response to online patient enquiries on Facebook ad other social media portals
  • Import of new subscribers opting in on the website
  • Database segmentation for strategic marketing initiatives
  • Patient retention analysis
  • Plus other adhoc administration duties


Skills and knowledge required to undertake this role:

  • Excel - Full understanding of excel to import and export data on an excel spreadsheet
  • Wordpress - Website updates
  • Demonstrable experience in database analysis
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Full working knowledge of: Word Excel and Microsoft outlook
