- Maintain the day to day running of the orders coming into the business
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation allocated to each order.
- To comply with all current work instructions within the organisation
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries and taking messages
- General office duties including general administration, post, filing, photocopying and faxing
- Inputting information into Word, Excel and Acrobat
- Carry out any adhoc Administration tasks.
