- Reception duties including meeting and greeting clients
- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Making sure the post is completed
- Updating databases and systems
- Helping with compliance related issues such as health & safety
- Contacting suppliers in regards to repairs and upkeep
- Dealing with back office tasks
- Providing the director with assistance
- Additional administrative support
