We are currently recruiting for a hard working buying administrator who has an extremely positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills from senior management.
You will be working within the buying department, which is a buzzy and extremely busy department so you will constantly be on the go go go!!
You must have a confident approach in your work and be extremely reliable as this role is the back bone to this department.
You will need to have a superb telephone manner as you will be placing orders with suppliers and negotiating prices etc.
This role would suit somebody who has previously had exposure within buying or a career hungry administrator who would like to gain skills in buying.
This company are very fair and very flexible, there main aim to maintain and keep happy staff on site!
Ordering materials from suppliers
Making sure lead times are in line with clients wishes
Entering invoices onto the system
Supporting office manager when needed with admin functions
Printing, scanning and faxing
Scanning all orders onto the system
