First point of contact for clients
Provide support to client managers
Provide clients up to date delivery schedules advising any changes to planned shipments/deliveries
Provide support to system users
Manage action lists/updates/dashboards
Provide training to new users
Work closely with other departments to ensure clients receive first class customer service experience
