Customer Care - TEMP

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Location: Uxbridge

We are recruiting for a exciting and progressive company in West London. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication? Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain diaries
  • Arrange customer appointments for repairs and surveys, liaising with either the Customer Care Manager, the subcontractor or the Customer Care Operative, depending on who is carrying out the work or attending the appointment
  • Book customer care appointments in the appropriate diaries
  • Arrange meetings for departmental staff when required
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Care, Customer Care Managers and Customer Care coordinator to provide effective administrative support
  • Enable the Managers to make the best use of their time by dealing proactively with email and administrative tasks
  • Efficiently dealing with incoming email, calls and post and corresponding on behalf of the Customer Care Team in a timely manner
  • Manage workloads effectively
  • Devise and maintain systems, including data management and filing to support the efficient running of the department
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle these appropriately
  • Liaise with the finance function to ensure invoices are paid in a timely fashion
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices for subcontract works
  • Assist with the production, storage and distribution of information according to departmental function
  • Log, update and close all calls as appropriate on the system
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and staff
