Customer Contact Team leader

Sheridan Ward Recruitment are working with a longstanding client based in Hayes who are now looking to expand their customer contact team. This role is working at a more senior level so they will need somebody with previous team leading experience.
This role will allow you to demonstrate your team leadership skills and allow you to monitor and set all targets and KPI's for the team to hit. In order to set these targets, you will need an analytical mindset to review and set objectives for the team.
We are looking for somebody who has a down to earth approach, who is always thinking of the bigger picture and has a natural flair for customer service and team management.
Experience working in a product based company is essential. Your team will be processing orders, speaking with suppliers and dealing with logistics admin so you must come from a relatable background.
