  • Arranging all maintenance issues; liaising with subcontractors and booking jobs into their diaries
  • Ensuring all issues are resolved and completed within certain time frames
  • Dealing with all incoming emails, calls and ensuring they are all responded to in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all information is updated into the inhouse database
  • Organising and maintaining managers diaries
  • Adhoc admin duties
