We are currently looking to recruit a Bookings Co-ordinator on behalf of our client in Slough. Do you drive? Do you have great organisational skills? Are you a well presented and a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills? Would you like to work in a glamorous environment? Are you able to work various shift patterns including Saturdays? If so, this role could be perfect for you!!

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • A good listener with the ability to ask questions when appropriate
  • Familiarity with computerized booking systems, or similar scheduling technology
  • Able to handle high volumes of calls a day and transform them into bookings
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude
