Customer Order Executive 9-5 Monday to Friday

We are currently on the look out to find a new recruit for an international company that are not only leaders in their industry, but who provide excellent company benefits and superb training and support. You will be working within a small close-knit team of enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to welcome a new addition!
You will be joining their Harrow HQ providing support to Account Managers in the UK, Europe and North America! It would be great if you had experience with order processing and excellent attention to detail and organisation skills to get results quickly and efficiently.
It would be ideal if you have experience processing an order for a product right up to dealing with any invoice queries etc...
Ensuring invoices are sent out promptly and efficiently
Making sure that orders are placed with the supplier in given time frame
Supporting all field sales staff
Receiving quotation request form and turning them into quotes by liaising with the account manager & technical department
Travel requirements for sales & technical team i.e. hotels, flights etc- working to ensure that all bookings are within the company budget
Issuing maintenance renewal
Making sure all maintenance leads are up to date
