My client who is based on High Wycombe are recruiting for a Customer Sales Order Processor to join their team!

You will be dealing with all incoming customers ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with, quotes are sent out and followed through to an order for the business. The company are looking for someone who is very customer focused and great at building relationships!

Duties:

  • First point of contact for incoming order enquiries
  • Responsible for order enquiries from initial enquiry, through to delivery
  • Responsible for creating quotations, raising PO's and ordering products
  • Responsible for following up all outstanding quotations
  • Deliver reports as requested by the Sales Director
  • Communication with clients throughout the order process
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with our supply chain partners
