Salary: £23,000 *Early finish Friday*

Sheridan Ward are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator… Our client is looking for a proficient skilful candidate with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Main duties:

  • Supporting with company vehicles
  • Booking in meetings
  • Setting up meeting rooms with lunches and agendas
  • Sending out information to clients
  • Booking hotels when needed
  • Ensuring databases are always up to date
  • Developing and maintaining relationships
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to all incoming emails
  • Meeting and greeting customers
