Customer Service, Sales Admin, and Sales Support
Answer phone calls & respond to email enquiries in a positive & professional manner.
Act as appointed office contact for clients and give GREAT service.
Produce customer contract price lists in Progress/Excel, when required.
Produce individual line quotations or quantity quotations using the Progress system.
Data collation for tender process & pricing.
Manage company databases; maintain CRM ensuring data is current for marketing purposes.
Use initiative to source non-standard & personalised products, seeing through to order.
Produce & manage promotional email and postal campaigns. (Offers, news, etc...)
Invoice weekly and monthly & investigate any queries.
Produce customer Statements
Set up & manage new customer profiles on Progress & deliver all new contracts.
Manage our PO supplier electronic/paper invoices.
