Customer Service Administrator

Location: Southall

Salary: £20,000 - £21,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with internal and external customers via telephone and electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide delivery information
  • Process orders
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and queries
  • Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments & complaints
  • Ensure service levels
