Duties:
Reception duties: calls, emails and letters
Booking courses
Hotel booking
Petty cash
Production of course handouts and presentation material
Post- course admin: letters, processing certification etc
Organising company vehicle repairs
Admin support to management when required
Maintaining excellent client working relationships
