Customer Service Administrator


9-5.30pm Mon to Fri

£17,500, 28 days annual leave per year!

Duties include:

  • Deal with customers enquires over the telephone and email in a courteous manner
  • Follow up on customer enquires
  • Process customer payments and refunds
  • Handle automatic renewals processes
  • Provide telephone assistance to clients
  • Assist with secretarial duties when required
  • Deal via email and telephone with company's overseas customer service teams to help resolve customer enquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Other admin tasks when required
