Customer Service Administrator


9-5.30pm Mon to Fri

£19K, 28 days annual leave per year!

We are recruiting for a company based locally in Uxbridge, who are based in beautiful offices and have an amazing, friendly team! They need someone who wants to give the highest standard of customer service that they can.

Duties include:

  • Deal with customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Deal with customer enquiries via email and other media
  • Follow processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of customer service functions
  • Follow-up on customer enquiries and ensure all issues resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Handle initial customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  • Process customer payments, refunds and adjustments
  • Other administrative tasks as required from time to time
