Customer Service Administrator
Location: Ruislip
Salary: £20,000 - £23'500 DOE *Parking, 22 days holiday plus BH, early finish on a Friday*
My client based in Ruislip are looking to recruit a Customer Service professional with outstanding communication skills who is looking to join a friendly team. You will also need to be an excellent team player who has a loyal, positive can do attitude. Do you have year's experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role? Do you have great system knowledge? Are you able to work to deadlines? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
Duties include
- Maintaining 5* customer service to all customers at all times
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively manage customer's orders and estimates and inputting onto the system
- Ensuring payments are correctly taken from customers
- Updating records
- Adhoc Admin duties
- Supporting the team with additional duties when needed
