Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Southall - Weekly rota 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Deal with internal and external customers via telephone and electronically
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide delivery information
Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments & complaint
