Customer Service Advisor
Location: Southall - Weekly rota 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm
Salary: £17,000 - £18,500
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client in Southall. Do you have previous customer services experience and have great attention to detail? Are you able to build and maintain customer relationships? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
Deal with internal and external customers via telephone and electronically
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide delivery information
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and queries
Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments & complaints
Ensure service levels
