Customer Service Advisor
My client a global company is looking to recruit a Customer Service professional with outstanding communication skills coupled with numeric aptitude. You will also need to be an excellent team player able to work to tight deadlines and within a pressured environment. Do you have 3 years' experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role? Do you have good knowledge of SAP? Are you able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
- Proactively manage customers' orders and input onto the system
- Respond to customer queries by phone and web chat
- Manage customer queries by outlook inbox, cloud and SAP
- Input orders in SAP system
- Process returns
- Work to strict SLA
