Customer Service Advisor



37.5 hours per week

  • Process returns in line with company procedure
  • Manage Service Cloud and SAP
  • Log all customer interactions
  • Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate
  • Prompt and accurate logistic documentation, invoicing and credit activity
  • Work is performed to maintain high levels of accuracy


  • SAP experience
  • 3+ years of customer service or admin experience
