Customer Service Advisor - 5 month FTC
Mon-Fri 9am-6am, Parking!
We are recruiting for our client who is based locally in Uxbridge. We need some one with customer service experience and who is willing to put in 100% effort into their work!
Are you really confident in helping customer and resolving their issues? Do you have experience speaking to customers over the telephone and through email? If you do, then send your CV to us!

- Responding to and resolving queries received by customers into the relation to their bookings
- Ensure that every customer receives a timely and professional response
- First line of support for corporate and customer booking contacts
- Liaise with internal teams to pass on customer booking requests to be actioned or to request an investigation as required.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as 3rd Party agents, when responding to customer requests.
- Identify feedback trends and recommend improvements to the business
