- Managing a high volume of inbound calls from clients
- Establishing nature of caller's enquiry and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved
- Logging and updating details onto our system
- Sending out New Starter Cards
- Ensuring first Payment Calls
- Ensuring returned post is processed on a daily basis
- Ensuring filing is done correctly on a daily basis
- Ensuring that correct contracts are received
- Sending confirmation documentation to clients
- Managing payment queries and ensuring these are forwarded to the relevant staff member
