We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client who are a Global Leading Brand who are currently expanding. Do you have previous customer services experience and have great attention to detail? Are you able to build and maintain customer relationships? Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with internal and external customers via telephone and electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Liaise with outsourced suppliers, making recommendation for process improvements and cost savings
  • Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments & complaints
  • Ensure good levels of commercial awareness are maintained at all times
