Customer Service Advisor


Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Main Duties:

  • Deal with customers by telephone and electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide delivery information
  • Process orders
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of action taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback to Office manager and Liaison
