Monday to Friday

We are currently on the look out for an experienced administrator; someone who has worked in a customer service focused role. Are you a target driven individual with a passion for delivering remarkable customer service? Are you meticulous with the way you work, able to prioritise and organise your day? Duties included:
  • Drawing up and sending out standard documentation
  • Updating internal database
  • Issuing and chasing all documentation in a timely manner
  • Inputting data on the system
  • Upholding department service standards
  • Dealing with queries from client accounts department
