Customer Service Coordinator
We are currently looking to recruit a senior customer service coordinator for a corporate and well known company based in Westminster.
You will be rewarded with excellent company benefits and the almost extinct working hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday!
To be suitable for this role you must be a pro active and process focused individual with excellent customer service/order processing skills.
The orders you will process are not high volumes, all though you will be responsible for working along side the logistics team on delivery of orders which can sometimes take a lot of brain power!
You must have experience working with Navision and have experience working in the FMCG or food/beverage industry.
You must have very clear communication skills and happy to go above and beyond when needed and lend a helping hand to the team!
Order entry onto Microsoft Dynamics Navision Systems
First point of contact for all European, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
Provide support to commercial teams
Dealing with back orders
Making sure stock is available to fulfill orders
Communicating with supply chain, and logistics to make sure the orders can be processed
Master data management
Improving process and service levels
Monitoring all shipments and advise customers of any changes to delivery
