Customer Service Executive
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Parking, 25 days holiday per annum

This company are looking for an individual with at least 1 years Customer Service experience! The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel. The individual should be a decisive decision maker and be customer focused within this role!

In this role your duties will include:

  • To process all calls and enquiries
  • Process sample orders
  • Give accurate details on stock checks, pricing, carriage charges
  • Proactively manage the relationships of all customers
  • Deal effectively with claims raised over the telephone and by email
  • Liaise with Area Mangers as part of an extended team to offer help and support
  • Ensure all promises are kept to customers

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience with customer service skills! The individual will have a positive attitude to their work! They must be professional, eager and dedicated in order to thrive in this role!
