Customer Service Executive
We are on the look out for a customer focused individual to join a customer service pod in a company based in Southall.
You will need to have experience in customer service/account management as this role will involve a lot of customer relations and contact via telephone and emails.
Are you somebody who enjoys building and maintaining relationships? Do you like to problem solve and make sure processes run as smooth as possible?
This role could be ideal for you.
Your clients will be working in high end, sometimes 5* establishments so you must have an impeccable telephone manner as well as excellent written English.

Responding to customers enquiries
Coordinating with internal departments for delivery
