Customer Service Executive
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Parking, 25 days holiday per annum
This company are looking for an individual with at least 1 years Customer Service experience! The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ideal individual should be a decisive decision maker and be customer focused within this role!
In this role your duties will include:
To process all calls and enquiries
Process sample orders
Give accurate details on stock checks, pricing, carriage charges
Proactively manage the relationships of all customers
Deal effectively with claims raised over the telephone and by email
Liaise with Area Mangers as part of an extended team to offer help and support
Ensure all promises are kept to customers
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience with customer service skills! The individual will have a positive attitude to their work! They must be professional, eager and dedicated in order to thrive in this role!
