They are looking for an accountable, responsible and hard-working individual to join the account management team in the hire department.
Have you worked in a co-ordination role ideally within the construction industry?
Do you have a positive attitude and are able to clearly convey information verbally then this is the role for you!
Telephone calls and emails
Provide customers with full level of attention
Utilise company resources to meet the customers' expectations
Ensure customer complaints are dealt with immediately

Take full responsibility for providing customers with an excellent service experience
Ability to upsell and follow up quotes
Ability to work consistently under pressure
Ability to use simple diary
