Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator to join a well-established business in Uxbridge.
You will be working in quite a large customer service team where emails are in full flow all day from customers as well as phone calls.
You will have to be great at multitasking to keep up with the demands of this department.
This role requires an excellent understanding of SAP, as this programme is used as the main system for this role. You will be given recap training but you will need knowledge prior to starting the job.
Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Managing the client services inbox
Using SAP system for product information and stock control
Creating logistic documentation
You will need at least 2 years customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
The department have KPI's and deadlines to hit so you will need to be able to work under pressure occasionally.
