Customer Service Order Processor



Sheridan Ward are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Order Processor on behalf of our growing client based in Slough. Are you someone who is confident in building relationship with existing and new customers? Do you have superb communication skills and is able to work within a great team environment? Do you have the ability to work under pressure and ensure you are providing a 5 Star customer service at all times?

Do you have order processing experience and are proficient in Microsoft Office? My client are ideally looking for someone that speaks Italian but this is not essential. They would love someone who is ambitious and wants to come in and hit the ground running. If this sounds like you APPLY NOW!

  • Maintenance and management of contacts and customer databases
  • Make appointments for the Sales team where required
  • Support to Telesales with marketing activities
  • Work to daily/weekly targets
