Customer Service Representative - Spanish Speaking
Location: Uxbridge on a Temp - Perm basis
Salary - £24,000 - £27,000 DOE - Great company benefits
My client a global company is looking to recruit a Customer Service professional with outstanding communication skills coupled with an additional language. You will also need to be an excellent team player able to work to tight deadlines and within a pressured environment. Do you have 3 years' experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role? Are you able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
Key Responsibilities
- Deal professionally, promptly and courteously with customer enquiries over the telephone and email
- Follow-up on customer enquiries and ensure all issues resolved to the customers satisfaction
- Handle initial customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds, repairs and adjustments
- Handle administration issues using company systems
- Respond via email and telephone to international customer service teams to help with the resolution of customer enquiries
