Working Hours:9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, plus one evening a week and two weekends per month, occasional bank holidays

Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with customers via email, live chat & social media (online only).
Provide customers with expert help and advice on the Beauty and the Boutique product range, and other beauty, style and well-being queries.
Help create wonderful ideas, programs and initiatives to make our customers' experiences even better!
Share your valuable insight with the rest of the team regarding customer needs and feedback.
Efficiently fix delivery issues, transaction problems and resolve customer issues to a high level of customer satisfaction.
To build positive and happy relationships with our customers by communicating with them using the Brand Voice guidelines at all times.
