Customer Service Administrator
Location: Southall Weekly rota 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm
Salary: £17,000 - £18,500
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client in Southall. We are looking for someone who really prides themselves on their people skills! Do you have previous customer services experience maybe even in retail? and have great attention to detail? Are you able to build and maintain customer relationships? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
Key Responsibilities
Deal with internal and external customers via telephone and electronically
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide delivery information
Process orders
