Office Administrator - Design Team
9 month contract
Located in Hayes, travel to central London is also needed!
We are currently recruiting for a company based in Hayes that also has an office in central London which the successful applicant for this role will need to be prepared to travel to.
This is a 9 month contract based in the creative, design team of the company dealing with administrative duties.
We are looking for a reliable and professional individual who can work well under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team.

You must have excellent attention to detail and love keeping databases up to date.
Experience with stock control, order processing or engineering experience would be fantastic.
Processing material requests
Liaising with various different departments to get duties processed
Review databases and make sure all information
Working closely with managers
Keeping up to date with all administrative functions
