Update bank accounts using online banking and the companies accounting system
Allocate funds received and investigate any unidentified receipts.
Initiate payments and sending out statements.
Setting up and processing new accounts
Payments of suppliers and ensuring remittance advices are emailed.
Reviewing works orders and raising invoices.
Reconciliation of bank accounts.
Chasing outstanding payments and fees.
General day to day queries
