Facilities Administrator

We are on the lookout for an all-round office administrator to work for our client in Hayes. This role would be supporting the facilities team with all round office admin duties.

This role has elements of face to face greeting with clients who visit the site so a welcoming and friendly approach is key. This role will mean communicating with all levels of the business so excellent communication skills are a must!
This role would suit a great administrator with previous experience within an office.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with all internal and external queries
  • Liaising with customers via emails and calls
  • Attending team meetings
  • Meeting clients on site and distributing visitor passes
  • Dealing with post
  • Booking contractors for repairs
  • Ordering stock
