HR Business Partner
Salary: £55'000-£63'000 plus excellent company benefits including, parking, excellent holiday entitlement!
My client are looking to recruit as soon as possible for a very senior member of their business.
This role will be working under the CEO and is an extremely vital part of the business operation running smoothly.
It is essential that you are highly experienced in the HR sector and currently hold a title of business partner within your current/ previous position.
Our client work within a highly creative industry and will be accepting applications from clients who come from an FMCG,retail or construction background.
Do you have a CIPD level 3 or equivalent? or BA or MA in human resources?
This goal will be to make sure you positively impact the business with all professional direction and plans for the business. You must make it your mission to apply best practise HR solutions across the business.
You must be a self starter who can hit the ground running! Good communication skills are a must for this role! Are you in tune with staff emotions and pro active with process?
Must be a car owner/driver, as this role involves occasional travel to 2 other sites.
Providing valuable input and expertise to client groups on the implementation of the people strategy and on operational activities.
Build strategic partnerships and relationships across all business areas to implement people initiatives across employee engagement, organisational design, change management, talent and succession, and learning and development.
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal customers across the Group
Facilitate delivery of an on-going performance management review, reinforcing the importance of continuous and honest feedback.
Report on key performance measures across the groups, analyse data and provide insight and recommendations.
Providing valuable input and expertise to your groups in terms of complex employment relations, policies and practices, engagement.
Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures.
Delivering and manages complex business-critical HR related projects cross-functionally.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes across the Group
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Participate in recruiting key talent across the Group
Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Designs and maintain organisation people plans to improve performance across the Group
Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Acts as the member of the HR Management Team
Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners
Compliance (GDPR Gender Pay Reporting etc)
