Head of Customer Service
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £50'000-£65'000 + Superb company benefits package!

We are on the look out for a well developed and motivational customer service manager who is able to implement and develop changes to the customer service department. You will ensure that all customer service agents receive the right amount of training and are always top of their game in order to look after the customers to a strong standard.

This company have very ambitious plans for the business so the candidate for this role must be very forward thinking and good at creating structural plans that can push the department to bigger and better things!

The experience needed for this role is; at least 5 years customer service/people management experience. It is essential that you have lead a team in a call centre/ busy customer service team.

You will be required to travel to other sites within the UK so a driving licence is preferable. It would be great if you already have the experience of managing teams across various sites (long distance management)

Duties include:
Day to day running of the department
Setting targets and KPI's
Implementing change and strategy
Training of the team members
