- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Serving trade counter customers
- Assist with various warehouse functions
- Identify and locate hire equipment
- Assess orders
- Inform workshop of low stock levels
- Greet any trade counters
- Take payments/deposits from customers
- Clearing equipment returned to trade counter to workshop
