HR Admin Support
Location: Hayes
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 PARKING AVAILABLE - GREAT COMPANY BENEFITS
We are currently looking to recruit somebody with a keen interest in HR on behalf of our forward thinking client based in Hayes. Do you have a passion for all things HR? Do you have a great hard working attitude and want to work within a wonderful HR team supporting all daily functions? Do you have strong Administration skills? Key Responsibilities
- Organising and conducting new employee's induction
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Updating and maintaining the employee database
- Creation of employment agreements, starter and leaver documentation, letters and references.
- Collation and coordination of HR and payroll data
- Reviewing and updating company policies ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions
- Coordinating and organising staff training with head of departments
- Running reports
